The Human Resources Officer for Talent Acquisition assists the HR Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. The HR Officer assist in implementing policies, procedures and programs. The HR Officer carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas in a timely manner for talent acquisitions.
RECRUITMENT/TALENT ACQUISITION
Recruiting and staffing logisticsIncludes posting of manpower requirements to job advertisements/boards/and other social media channelsSourcing, interview, and exam scheduleCoordinates with the Hiring Managers on the update and feedback of applicants/job candidatesEnsure timeliness of deploymentConduct background checking from previous employers and other character reference of a job candidatePrepares and draft Job Offer Sheet and send it to the applicantsCoordinate with the applicants the needed pre-employment requirements (for submission)Prepares contracts and other HR forms needed on the employees deploymentEmployee orientation and on-boarding activitiesOTHER HR FUNCTIONS
Policy development and documentation (particularly on Talent Acquisition/Recruitment and Employee Engagement)Modifies and creates new descriptions which accurately reflect current roles, responsibilities and requirementsOther HR functions that is required from time to time which will be assign the incumbentAs the HR Officer for Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement you are part of the Management Staff level that directly coordinates with the Department HeadsQUALIFICATION GUIDE
