Description:

Provide IT Support for the client in the area of IT Infrastructure.Handles service request; resolve simple to complex incident and problem tickets.

Responsibilities:

Deploy and maintain Windows Server systems (virtual and physical) and user accountMaintain the HyperV; VDI; ESX and vCenter serversIdentify, analyze and apply patches to the serversBasic troubleshooting on assigned incident tickets in the areas of Windows Server, Virtual Desktop Infrastricture (VDI)HyperV, ESX, and vCenter serversProvide resolutions based on agreed OLA and SLA targetsImplement timely closure of ticketsCoordinate with concerned teams, vendors, and/or third-part support as part of operation escalation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any Computer/IT-related coursesAt least 1-2 years' solid experience in Server AdministrationAt least 1-2 years' solid experience in any of these technologies:HyperVVmwareVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot existing problemsGood communication skills

Good to have:

Skills in SCCM, WSUS, Citrix
