Mobility Order Specialist

JOB DEscriptION

Knowledgeable of all types of transactions (orders and RPA type).Responsible for the daily management of wireless orders ensuring all metrics/results are achieved according to client needs and requirements.Ability to manage multiple orders and prioritize accordingly.Ability to spot potential risks or problems that could affect deadlines, communicate them to everyone, and set proper expectations with the clients.Can keep projects on track and ensure all of them are assigned a priority level to achieve goals within the project timeline.Strive to understand everything about the customer; their needs wants and issues. Know when to listen to the customer and when to act in the customer's best interest.Work alongside other staff assisting them in the efficient execution of work requests.Participate in complex research and activities - including error resolution cycleFacilitate training and discussions that will encourage them to share their ideas and information to build an atmosphere of trust and mutual support.Taking ownership and driving high level escalations on both sides as necessary.

Willing to adapt to new processes, and learn new procedures and roles for more efficient and effective processes.Communicate with US-based order managers, customer/s, vendors, and manufacturersAble to keep the company's goals and vision in the forefront of everyone's mind and make them results-oriented, aligning their responses and processes in a focused, disciplined manner.Understand all intermediate and advanced operating procedures in task execution and project management.Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members at all levels.Able to plan, organize, control, and coordinate projects in a timely manner.Able to take risks and consider executing intelligent disobedience as you approach difficult project situations.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsComply with the company's working protocols.
