Responsibilities
This position shall primarily be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure projects:
Installation and configuration of computer hardware, operating systems and applications; Deployment of LAN/ WAN and network equipment such as router, firewall, access points and switches;Coordinate with third party service provider for service delivery and troubleshooting;Provide first level support and troubleshooting of installed IT equipment and software systems; Provide technical support, diagnosis, documentation and reporting on technical incidents of client’s IT infrastructure; Coordinate with client representatives in the implementation process. Perform technical research and related tasks as assigned.Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , in Computer Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent.At least one year of working experience in an office environment in providing over-all IT systems support.Have a good technical working knowledge of computer systems and data networks in troubleshooting, maintaining and installation.Required Skill(s): Computer, Windows OS, LAN, WAN, Firewall, Router, Hub/Switch, anti-virus, Application ServerProficient in Windows Server OS and LinuxWith experience in providing technical support to external clients.With experience in project implementation an advantage.Experience in using remote management software such as RDP, SSH or Telnet.Experience in configuration of pfSense software and Ubiquiti devices an advantage.Must be willing to travel out-of-town and perform field work as the project requires.Willing to work at flexible schedule or night shifts.Personal Characteristics
