Role Summary:
This IT Security and Compliance Analyst role is responsible for maintaining, implementing, and monitoring Information security standards and controls across cyber security domains over entire spectrum including identification of issues and threats, operational security, security monitoring, incident management and data/information protection to ensure that information assets are secure to achieve or exceed Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (CIA) objectives.
Accountabilities:
Drive an effective implementation of InfoSec frameworkEnsure correct and secure operation of information processing systems, monitor performance of security tools, review configuration/set-up for their effectiveness, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in services provided by various partners or 3rd-party services.Champion IT Security awareness initiatives across aimed at educating people of common attack vectors, reducing the attack surface and assess effectiveness of these initiatives.Support Data ProtectionAssess and manage business critical applications using the available infrastructure and systems of the company.Conduct IT security awareness campaignReport Security and Data Protection incidents.Qualifications:
An information security expert with an ability to assess and drive security practiceAt least 2 years of IT Security experience in a large organization.Good interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skillsAmenable to work in Legazpi, AlbayWhy Join BCS Technology?
