Qualifications

Previous experience in a contact centre role, customer service or helpdesk support environment (desirable, but not essential)Familiarity in troubleshooting local desktop apps,Android, iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.An eagerness and passion to understand differentenvironments (local apps, web-based)Excellent communication both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with SQL database (desirable, notessential)Ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and places.Willing to work in MOA, Pasay City

Job description

Data entry from different sources (Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, paper) and enter into company provided templates, readying the data for importing into our software.Assist the the team in ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers.
