IT Supervisor (Rizal)

CUSTOMER FOCUS

Ensures quality service support for all the internal clients, such as Stores, Branch Back Offices and Warehouses.Prioritize and resolve day to day system issues/ problems and clients requests according to standard processes Providing assistance to the infra team in developing contingency plans in case of network failure. Assist the infra/infosec team during IT security regular audit.Coordinates with vendors, reported issues that are related to IT units under warranty/contract support.

MANAGING PROJECTS/PROGRAMS:

Provides support in the management of data entry, troubleshooting and data preparation (data standardization and analysis.)Performs 24x7 monitoring.Performs end of day tasks.Audit and review reports to ensure full cycle, data integrity and completeness of the EOD tasks.Determining system reload and backup procedures for database and critical applications.Point of contact for any Project team's pilot testing, UATs and roll-out. Must always be available to support Warehouse/Store when business needs arise.Actively participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.evaluate hardware and software requirements.Branch Helpdesk Management and Monitoring.Manage the report running schedule and process.Generate and prepare data reports when and whenever required for management and service level compliance.Proposes and develops process improvements concerning workflow issues, performance or other issues for data management activities.

OPERATING EQUIPMENT

Monitor and ensure all devices (Switches, Routers, Computers and other IT peripherals) are working properly and compliant with the latest security policies/ standards.Monitor and maintain IT equipment in the Stores, Branch Back Offices and Warehouses.Disseminates support related tasks or responsibilities.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

Participate in hiring, selecting IT staff, managing team schedules and providing work assignments.Directing the work of IT assistants, setting priorities and coordinating their activities.evaluating and verifying employee performance through performance evaluation techniques.Identifying and ensuring staff development programs.Ensure all IT assistants adhere to the agreed service level.Ensure all IT assistants always go beyond and above the expected level of performance.
