Job Details:
HR Reporting Analyst
Eastwood Libis, QC (Hybrid – one day per week at our Eastwood Office)
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage data for end-to-end employee life cycle for different sources/platforms (e.g., SFMS, Knit, Masterlist)
• Partner with HR specialists in ensuring data is accurate, collected and regularly updated
• Provide reporting support to HR team, clients, and management
• Develop performance related reports to improve HR’s business results and efficiencies
• Support in creation of process flows and HR process manuals
• Regularly improve data collection by using tools such as Power BI, macro, or basic spreadsheets
• Optimize or develop HR processes with improved data management approach
• Provide insights, identify data issues, and escalate to Senior HR Manager by using available HR data and always ensuring integrity of data
• Develop new HR dashboards and reports
• Own internal reports for HR performance and metrics
• Owner of employee information security protocols for HR by ensuring controls are followed strictly
• Partner with other HR functions and department outside HR as needed
• Participate in training and continuously educate self to improve reporting capabilities
• Interact with IT for all HR related data management and system management matters
• Owner and main point of contact for all HR systems
Job Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or any related field
• Implementation Capability
• Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio
• 2 – 6 years of HR reporting
• Expertise in creating Macro/Power BI
