Responsibilities
Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management – including Hardware lifecycle management and SW licensingReceive deliveries of IT equipment and peripherals and ensure these are properly documented, assets are tagged, and details are recorded in the IT Asset databaseManage all IT storage rooms and ensure contents are all accounted and matches the data in the IT asset databaseParticipate in physical inventoriesMaintain the accuracy and completeness of all asset information in the IT Asset Management databaseProcess IT assets (hardware and software) Purchase Requests (PR)Track an IT asset throughout its lifecycle (planning, acquisition, deployment, management, retirement / disposal)Track and record software licenses and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contractsAssist with review, implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and workflows to accurately track and update asset informationCollect information for budgeting, software compliance and inventory, contract summaries and cost comparisonsSupport and maintain the IT Infrastructure audit complianceReview, analyze and resolve asset discrepancies in partnership with respective business groupsEstablish good working relationship with users and other sources of support and assistanceCoordinate with other support group (Finance, Procurement, etc.) and/or product vendors as needed for all IT asset related concerns (asset disposals, deliveries, etc.)Uses the helpdesk as the central point for all IT issues and service requestsRequirements
Education:
University degree or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree in a field that the support requires)
Job Related Experience:
At least 2-4 yrs. related experienceSpecific Knowledge:
High competence in usage of MS Outlook and MS Office applicationsPower BI and SharePoint experience a plusDemonstrated systems and process knowledgeSkills:
