Troubleshooting - Desktop, Voice, Server (first level) issuesDesktop, Laptop, Voice services provisioningNetwork - End user connectivity provisioningOn ground support for peer tier teams during GZA and breakfixExperience: At least 3-4 years of experience in troubleshooting issues related to Desktop Management. Good in using IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow, AD, SEPM, WSUS, Backup Exec, DLO, etc)
Work Schedule: Ability to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
Work Sep-up: On-site; Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City
Qualifications:
