The Security & Operations Lead role is responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure in the sites. These will include: installing upgrades, troubleshooting and installation of hardware, servers, cabling, components and accessories in compliance to the organization’s standards; installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools to proactively ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability and connectivity; creating, planning and implementing detailed deployment designs as well as maintaining technical implementation documentation on existing services and systems
