KEY RESPonSIBILITIESResponsible for developing and maintaining all policy, procedure, and work instruction documents consistent with all corporate guidelines.Plans, designs, and conducts policy and procedure research, and evaluates information necessary to develop and prepare a Corporate Policy Manual.Assists with the development of documentation requirements for new and/or changing business processes ensuring they are in compliance with corporate goals and objectives.Analyzes effectiveness of all documented work policies and procedures and recommend improvement opportunities to management.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specifiedAdvanced skill in assessing and writing policies and proceduresAdvanced skill in effectively communicating orally and in writing, including making formal presentations to groups and committeesAbility to evaluate and edit the content, structure, and format of a range of written material.Knowledge and understanding of policy research principles, methods, processes, techniques, and resources.
