Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Content Assistant is responsible for content management support for content transformation and governance projects, Global Services projects and run-state requests from employees and supporting the team in managing and responding to requests sent through intake tools.
Content transformation involves content writing and migration of existing content to the new content standards in collaboration with subject matter experts, content owners, functional managers and/or content analysts.
The position is also responsible for developing, editing/updating and archiving documents related to HR, Procurement, and Finance/Payroll across regions (ASPAC, NA, EMEA and LATAM).
The Content Assistant adheres to the development, approval, publishing and archiving of knowledge and content articles process.
The position increases the effectiveness and efficiency of HR, Procurement and Finance/Payroll Service delivery and increases customers’ confidence and satisfaction by ensuring that accurate information is available and easily finable across knowledge bases.

· BA/BS in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or comparable
· Experience in content writing
· Experience in a shared services organization (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement, or Contact Center)
· Basic understanding of shared services and contact center operations
· Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
· Experience with service center technologies and processes
