Job description
Provides support for the area editor and the associate editor in all their editorial functions and performs all necessary clerical tasks for the projects in his/ her area of specializationPerforms mechanical editing (grammar and style) of raw manuscripts before endorsing them to the associate editor or the area editor for substantive editingProofreads materials in his/ her area of specialization to correct typographical errors, punctuation errors, mispellings, and formatting inconsistenciesQualifications
Candidate must have a bachelor's degree and a professional license in Education/ Teaching/Training, Special Education or equivalentMust have good writing, editing, research, and fact-checking skillsHolder of at least BSE / BEED / BS / AB in the required subject area (Math, Eglish, Social Science , Araling Panlipunan and Filipino)Minimum of five (5) years in the academe or educational publishing
