Our Automation, AI & Tools area is looking for an ITSM Developer to join our Service Management Tools team. You will be part of an international team that delivers ITSM and CMDB technologies including complex integration solutions primarily currently based on the Dell Boomi platform.
Working in collaboration with our global integration teams, the primary role is taking responsibility for development our NNITs ITSM solution Cherwell delivering new features and functionality to the solution in sprints. However, due to the broad scope of the area, there will also be opportunities to work on projects relating to configuration data, integrated automation platforms, and our AIOps and hybrid cloud deliveries.
Requirements:
Develop and support Cherwell workflows for NNIT organization’s on-premise ITSM system, with technical insight of building One steps, Automation processes, expressions, Dashboards, Widgets, Specifics & mAppsExpertise on Cherwell’s architecture & infrastructural componentsAbility to write optimized sql queries, View forms/Joins & stored procedures on Cherwell databaseGood knowledge of integrational capabilities of Cherwell, REST API’s architecture /swaggerFamiliarity to ITIL framework/ & preferred knowledge on various ITSM tools in market (BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, TopDesk etc.)Knowledgeable on the following: Java, PowerShell, Groovy scripts, XSLT, APIs, PostmanPerform & contribute in application releases, following the Agile modelGood documentation, communication, and analytical skillsBachelors and/or Masters’ degree preferred in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or similar, supported by relevant experience
