It is a critical support role for the business, working closely with a selected group of franchisees based in Australia.WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?Update loan details for client (sourced from lender)Complete price check on existing loans with lenders – important to understand competing products and prices to achieve best outcomeComplete RP Data property reportUpdate Smartline system with detailsPrepare email detailing all outcomes and send to franchiseeIn some cases an outbound call following scripting required to clientWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?1 year and up must have experience on loan processingAbility to follow complex loan structures and processesExperience in mortgage processes and credit is a plusCommunication – very strong English language skills (written & verbal)Customer service experience and focusStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, calendar, google drive, PDF tools etc.Strong IT competency to learn use of new systemsAbility to identify and suggest improvements in processesOutbound call calling experienceWilling to work on Site in BGC
