Work from home
Monday to Friday | 10 PM – 7 AM (with possible weekend work for projects)
Responsibilities:
·Implement, maintain, administer, and support and Office 365 and M365 services including but not limited to: AZURE AD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, MDM.
·Provide user support of M365/O365 and security for main offices, branches, and remote employees.
·Work in partnership with all IT functions to implement operational requirements.
·Assist vendors and contractors, as well as internal staff, in compliance of IT standards.
·Analyze business processes and develop technical solutions.
·Proactive management and preventative care of M365. The position will be responsible for continuous improvement of configurations and implementation of all updates.
·Performing network security tasks to include backups, anti-virus/malware, anti-span, and disaster plans and contributing to business continuity planning.
·Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and licenses.
·Creation and management of user email accounts and managing access control.
·Plan and implement software upgrades, updates, and patches.
·Automation of tasks, assists in hardware and software purchases and supports other IT key initiatives.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
·Atleast 4 years’ experience as a Microsoft Office 365 administrator
·Understanding of Azure AD, MS Exchange, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, MDM
·Experience with Windows Server
·Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
