ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate and work effectively with individuals and groups inside the company as well as within the conglomerate for IT related projects and initiatives.Spearhead process and workflow improvement through automation and continuous improvement framework.Oversee IT security of the company through management of security tools and platforms and implementation of cybersecurity policiesManage end to end lifecycle of all IT assets of the company, from purchasing to disposal.Manage daily IT operations and ensure SLA compliance for all Incident Management and Service request tickets.Manage IT governance through creation and regular compliance audit of company IT policies.Manage a technical team providing BAU support covering endpoint, network, systems and LED sites.Oversee efficient usage of IT resources.Possess a customer service mindset with a focus on delivering impeccable customer experience.TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIonAL EXPERTISE
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or any equivalent degreeExcellent written and communication skillsMinimum 3 years experience in handling IT operations.ITIL certification is a must.Understanding of networking concepts and systems design and administration.Experience in managing enterprise productivity, security and ITSM toolsOTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Strong personal leadership, passion for quality and ownership in accomplishing initiatives and projects.Self-starter and can move forward to overcome issues and problems with minimal supervision.Solid analytical and problem solving skills, able to apply logical methods to solve problems while considering various alternatives in coming up with creative solutions
