Job View:

Responds to patients' needs and assists them in completing their transactions at the different hospital departments. Answers patients' inquiries about the Hospital policies, procedures, patients' rights and responsibilities, available services and coordinates between departments when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Healthcare Management / Business Management or related fieldWith or without experienceExcellent communication skillsGood analytical skillsAccommodating CharacterVery good knowledge of written and spoken Arabic, English and FrenchProficient knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure coordination of communication between patients, staff and their families.Provide patients and families with information on hospital services, procedures, and protocols.To establish the type of care needed, speak with patients or their families and then refer them to the appropriate healthcare professional.Answering patients' questions about doctors and servicesEstablish and maintain communication with insurance providers to learn whether claims are payable or paidRespond to patient complaints about hospital services and make sure issues are handled correctlyHelp individuals who are having trouble registering for and being admitted to the hospitalGive patients' and families' comments regarding their grievances and concerns
