This is a client-facing role wherein you are responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT support services of the highest quality to our customers. The help desk supervisor will lead, mentor and support our IT Technicians while supervising the day-to-day operations within the Help Desk Team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage inbound phone calls and ensure that concerns are properly escalated using the ticketing systemManage the ticketing system in coordination with the help desk techniciansMaking outbound phone calls to clients to provide updates on the ticketsSupervise and coach Help Desk technicians to deliver a high standard of technical expertise and customer service to clientsResponsible for customer and staff on-boarding/off-boardingIncident monitoring and reportingResponsible for achieving the KPIs, Success Factor Reports, and Focus Goals
