Level 2 Systems Engineer

Work Setup: Work Onsite, Morning Shift

Office Location: Clark, Pampanga

Job Responsibilities:

Operate the RMM monitoring system for maintenance and finding faults Provide technical support for escalated & high severity issues, predominantly Microsoft Server. Work directly with clients regarding issues with their IT systems. document and log all actions into ticketing system. Enter the required amount of time daily into the ticketing system  Action Ticket queues against documented SLA / response times Develop and maintaining close working relationships with clients and team members. Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization. Complete all vendor trainings and certifications that are assigned. Assist with project as required 

Must Have:

High level Microsoft Server skills. Experience with server configuration and troubleshooting of complex faults. Competent with Active Directory, including Azure AD Skilled with Group Policy Experience with scripting Solid understand of Virtualization (Preferably Hyper-V) Managed server environments. Solid Networking Scores Experience with ticketing system and SLAs Experience with RMM Monitoring / Maintenance Knowledge of Azure - eg setting up servers from scratch, multiple servers configurations is an advantageServer, Azure, Cisco Meraki, or Networking certifications is an advantage
