3D Animator / Visualisation Specialist 

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is willing to learn, excited to be involved in the industry and passionate about animation!

This is an opportunity to work with some of the best in the business, you’ll work as part of our small Australian based team and learn to produce industrial visualization animations for the mining and infrastructure space, you’ll take on a variety of roles and gain professional experience working in an office environment.

This role will suit a junior 3D animator who is a fast learner with a great attitude!

What you'll be doing

Processing of imported industrial CAD models/structures (fixing mesh issues, optimisation, etc)Modelling additional content and creating realistic materialsAnimation of machinery, cameras, vehicles, particle simulations and materialsVideo editing and photo editing (colour corrections, compositing, visual effects)Motion graphics and graphic design for stylised 2D animations of processes, logos & misc.Engaging with feedback and multiple review processes

Our ideal candidate

Enthusiastic and passionate about all areas of 3D animation and modellingConfident and articulate with great communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to use your time productively and effectively and work well under pressureExperience with the following programs:Autodesk 3Ds MaxAdobe Creative Suite, ideally After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, IllustratorUnreal Engine, Unity, or other game enginesBasic skills in the following digital media disciplines:Video editing, including basic audio editing such as matching music & voice overs to videoVideo/Image compositing and post-processing effectsMotion graphics, animated text and graphical overlays and graphic designMaterial & texture design for 3D renderingPhoto/image editingA tertiary qualification in animation, 3D art, or similar, or a showreel that demonstrates your skill in 3D art
