Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication1-3 years relevant experienceMust be willing to work on-site at 38th St., BGC, Taguig CityKey Duties and Responsibilities
Supports the Management by ensuring an efficient and smoothly running business officeAssist the management with oral/written communication, preparing forms, specific contracts and requests for services, and liaise with clients, external providers, and vendors when necessaryOversee general administrative support, including paper and electronic document archiving, filing, document registration, maintaining databases, etc;Review documents, requests, contracts, reports, purchase orders, job orders before endorsement to managementEnsure government regulatory and policy compliance, actively monitor deadlinesMaintain a high standard of presentation throughout all public areas of the buildingAct as host and provide secretarial and administrative support to visiting executivesMonitor and report market and economic developmentsProvide support to the President and General Manager to execute investment transaction, and financial reporting documentationImplement and maintain the investment portfolioOrganize regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studiesAttend annual meetings, review quarterly financial statements, and remain up-to-date with any important valuation or policy changesPerform regular administration duties of all investment files.Assist in new funds research/development.
