Purpose: The primary focus and responsibilities of this role are:

Effective programming, installation, configuration, documentation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of web solutionsevaluate the application to ensure that it is valid, is properly structured, meets industry standards (including performance & security), and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systemsProviding technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when requiredIdentifying and resolving technical issuesResponding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide maintenance and support within the assigned area of responsibilityUndertake a range of analysis, design, software development, testing, and maintenance activitiesUnder limited guidance adhere to high-quality standards in software developmentCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely resolution of production issuesUnderstand application security & identify problems and fixesPerform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure high-quality standards in the deliveryIdentify and implement scalable performance improvementsWork closely with other members of the team to deliver exceptional services across the businessDemonstrate teamwork and foster good communication with departmental/ functional colleagues as well as other staff and managementAble to communicate at a technical and non-technical levelEstablish and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders in the group, which includes managing partners, managers, and other staff personnelWork closely with third-party technicians and support personnelEnsure that the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times and practices are in line with relevant legislation.As and when required, undertake additional projects or activities as directed by managementProvide quality information to the Web Development Team Manager (offshore) in all areas of responsibilitiesProvide assistance and support to other members of the team in performance of their roles and responsibilities

CUSTOMERS

All business units who are utilizing web technology including E-Commerce, marketing, and operationsThird-party technology partners – AWS, Azure/Microsoft, CloudFlare, Adyen, etcRequirementsBachelor’s degree (B.A or B.S) in computer science, engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing public-facing web-based solutionsExperience in E-Commerce preferredExperience in SEO/SEM/CRO is a plusA good understanding of accessibility, web standards and best practices

SKILLS - Technology:

C#, ASP.Net, .Net CoreHTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, jQuery, Javascript and TypescriptMicrosoft SQL serverXML / XSLT & Web Service/Web APIWeb Application/Database performance tuningStrong understanding & proven experience in Agile (SCRUM) process.Azure DevOpsGITSOLID principles (preferred)Kentico CMS (preferred)Webforms (preferred)Angular 6/React, Bootstrap (preferred)Act in accordance with all policies, procedures practices and guidelines in the performance of accountabilities
