Duties and Responsibilities 

Work with our support team to collaborate on client solutionsMaintaining internal and client infrastructure to reduce downtime and costs while increasing productivityResearching issues, investigating feasibility and implementing approved solutionsUsing our internal collaboration and support systems to maximise turnaround and support time

Must have Skills

Cisco Meraki (supporting and troubleshooting via Meraki dashboard/MSP portal) Working in an MSP environment with multiple clients Full working knowledge/experience of networking principals/practices (Including but not limited to: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Subnets, IPSEC, layered networking, VPNs, Firewalls, traffic shaping/prioritisation) Windows Server (2008-2022) (Deployment experience and maintenance/troubleshooting in all areas including AD, GP/GPOs, WSUS, DHCP, DNS, RDG, IIS, RDNS) – relevant credentials here a mustFull working knowledge and credentials in supporting Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11StorageCraft (Shadow Protect, Shadow Control, Image Manager)CrashPlan (Code 42 / CrashPlan SMB)Kaseya VSA (Agent management, agent procedures, patch management, software management)PowerShell (scripting, automation for usage on Windows 7-11, Win Server 2008-22)Full working knowledge/experience of web hosting, DNS hosting and SSL managementExperience with HP and HPE hardware and dealing with HP/HPE for support/troubleshooting Office 365 administration Relevant cyber sec/networking credentials

Desirables Skills

Experience with Arcserve products such as SaaS BackupExperience with IT Glue for accessing, logging and creating documentation and information MacOS experienceUbiquiti/Unifi experience Sophos experience CheckPoint experience Trend Micro WFBS experience 

Required Qualifications

Graduated from University or other tertiary qualification preferably in IT, ICTMicrosoft 365 CertifiedCisco Certified Network AssociateMCSA: Windows Server 2016 and/or MCSA: Windows Server 2012
