Job Description

You will be tasked/assigned the following:

The service desk serves as the interface between customers and the IT team. Managing one or more customer service or service desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services. 

You will be considered if you possess the following qualifications:

• Knowledge in management and reporting a service desk solution

• Service Desk experience

• MS Apps experience (Office, Office 365, AD, Networking)

• Experience in supporting Dell or Microsoft Products is a plus

• Willing to work on-site
