Job Details:
Works under the supervision of the department head and is responsible for the support maintenance, delivery of enhancement requests to existing network infrastructure that enable Internet access and system and data access to users.Design, evaluate, install, establish, and maintenance and administration of major, complex and enterprise-level network infrastructure solutions in response to the customer requirements. Provide technical support and consultation services to personnel in data center operations, Enterprise Solution Architect, Service Management and Operations, Service Support units and subsidiaries. Plan, prepare, recommend and implement roadmaps for the enterprise-level network infrastructure of the bank.
