Mutimedia & Graphic Motion Artist

The Multimedia designer will be a part of VXI’s Recruitment Marketing team. His/her primary duty is to conceptualize and design visual content materials for various talent scouting and recruitment marketing initiatives. These include, but not limited to, static and video ads being published on social media, emailers, posters, flyers, billboards and various out-oh-home advertisements. Additionally, he/she will design internal Talent Acquisition-related web tools which will require him/her to work hand-in-hand with VXI’s Application Development team.Develop applicable graphic and animated materials according to the details specified by the stakeholder and complete these projects according to the given deadlineDesign clear and engaging visual communication materials for both print and digital platforms. These include digital ads, emailers, posters, flyers, pull-up banners and other marketing materials as required.Observe the VXI Branding Guidelines for all graphic and animated outputsClosely liaise with the stakeholders to get relevant information about the artwork requestsWork closely with the Creatives team to translate messaging concepts to an engaging and effective marketing materialREQUIREMENTSMust hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts and Design, or any closely related fieldWith at least there (3) years of relevant experience in the same fieldMust have an accessible online portfolio and demo reel (if available)In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and at least basic knowledge in Autodesk MAYAMust be skilled in Motion Graphic AnimationKnowledge in conducting photo and video shoots is highly preferredSkills in 3D modelling is a plusProficient in using Mac and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Must be able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines, and must have excellent organizational skillsShould be able to craft and execute a concept with creativity and style, and is abreast of the current design trendsA self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working with a team'Ideal candidate will be energetic, task-oriented, and creative with strong work ethic and positive attitudeMust have the ability to communicate well with others while maintaining respect and professional demeanorCandidate must have the desire to learn and even share knowledge with the team to continuously cultivate learning within the Creatives team
