Job Responsibilities:
Initial assessment of tickets and incidents including the update of details of the tickets in the ticketing toolEnsure completeness of the information (i.e. description of issues, screenshots, etc.) when issues are logged in order to facilitate investigation and resolution of concernsInvestigate and assess reported problemsLog and monitor the status of ticketsContribute to Incident Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Incident Management including proactive Incident ResolutionJob Qualifications:
