Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in Network And System Administration. Installation Configuration and maintenance of all equipment and devices inside the Data CenterProviding “0” Zero downtime on all network ConnectivityTechnical documentation, Server logs monitoring.documenting processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.For proper turn over to the next level duty and appropriate addressing of faults received and encountered.Present reports defining progress, problems and solutionsThru emails and shared driveHelps for understanding IT and NOC related issuesAssisting customer and explaining device featuresBy carefully educating the tenant about networkThis will help in understanding and realizing the situationResearch and recommend hardware and software solution as neededAsking vendors about new solution and up to date technology.
