a. Manage the sales and collection as well as the technical and marketing campaign of crop care division
b. Supervise the Techno Commercial Representatives (TCRs) so that activities are properly implemented for better ZAC Crop Care products (Crop Protection and Crop Nutrition) positioning and
c. Assist the TCR in developing Crop Care products in the general trade
d. Assist the TCR in establishing viable distribution network of ZAC Crop Care products in the general trade
e. Assist TCR in establishing sales forecast.
d. Recommend viable programs to the reporting officer to further improve the ZAC Crop Care products in the market; and
e. Directly handle specific accounts as role model approach to TCR.
