IT Specialist - PASAY

Job Summary:The IT Specialist is the first point of contact in troubleshooting and solving end user technical concerns. They respond to a high volume of service tickets daily, and applies their knowledge of hardware, middleware and applications that run in various platforms within the organization. The role holder is part of a team that receive and manage system alerts, user concerns, trouble tickets and applies an ITSM structured diagnosis to handle service requests and issues.Job Specification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalentHas 1-3 years working experience in providing IT Technical SupportPreferably has working experience in retail and distribution systems for cargo, courier and/or remittance industry, financial services and supply chain managementExperience in large multinational organizational and ISO processes is a plusExtensive experience in hardware and software/application supportKnowledge in SQL is an advantageKnowledge in supporting Android OS and Apps is an advantageKnowledge in Zebra handheld devices is an advantageRMM and MDM (SOTI, RDP, other remote tools) support knowledge is an advantageFamiliarity with OSTicket is an advantage90%-100% onsite work arrangement within NCR offices of LBCIntra-office travel within NCR will be requiredSkills:Excellent root cause analysis skillsAdvanced skills in troubleshooting Windows operating system REQUIRED       ITIL foundation certification is preferred but not requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer relationship managementHigh level of initiative and able to cope with pressureDetailed oriented and thorough in their ability to resolve concerns
