Asset Field Support

The Asset Field Support (AFS) will be deployed at the IT office located at Cebu City (1) with a 24/5 rotating shift (Mon-Fri), and 8 hours during Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Each AFS personnel will be under 3 different rotating shifts (Morning, Nightshift and Night-Morning shift) schedule quarterly. Overtime is expected.

Scope of Work

LAM Tool Updating (Location details update, and Sub-Status)Assist recovery team for physical verification and pulling out temp offline machines in the production areaAssist voice team for cisco phone deployment and pull out requestAssist RCO provisioning team in offline rack machine replenishment, machine replacement, and any IT Hardware Asset Management related incident requestAssist AME in peripherals issuance, document filling, releasing, and received documents such as Delivery Receipt, Exit Clearance, etc. • Assist AME on new deliveries and disposal activityAssist AME in conducting physical inventory checks of assets • Assist AME in conducting Asset Tagging of Monitors and Cisco PhonesFacilitate any email and call concerns or queriesConduct roving inspection or physical verification of all machines deployed-issued in the production areaPull out Machine based on (SRT) Service Request Termination ticket and any machine retrieval requestFacilitate cable tie installation, padlock installation, organize/ arrange wires & cables set up for all machines deployed - issuedExecute asset movement and asset deployment machine setup for training, seat arrangement, and new hire deployment 

Qualifications:

Candidate must be graduate of Vocational / Bachelor's degree in any IT Related courseMust have at least 1y experience in IT SupportOpen for Project based employment (1yr renewable contract)Flexible in terms of working schedule (morning, mid and night shift)Willing to render OT during weekend/restday if neededMust be willing to work in Cebu City Onsite
