Photoshop and Video Editor

The Marketing & Design Coordinator plays a key role on the marketing team by providing creative, graphic design support and contributing to various initiatives/programs

Responsibilities:

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with team members to provide support in creating and updating a wide range of marketing collateral/materials that may include web pages, presentations, email templates, newsletters, print and digital ads, and other graphics for various campaignsOversee key areas of Green Street’s website to ensure content remains current Create new website pages and make necessary updates using WordPressCreate email content for multiple campaign initiatives and client/prospect communications using HubspotBuild popups and series flows using AppCues software for display on client and public-facing websiteCreate promotional assets for product launches and social mediaSupport advertisement creation and coordination of placementsSupport lead generation and customer experience programs as projects and needs ariseProvide support for other PR/marketing communications and event related initiatives as relevant

Requirements:

Proven graphic design skills with ability to update creative templates in Photoshop a mustPowerPoint, basic video editing skills, and additional experience in other Adobe design software programs a plusKnowledge of WordPress, HTML, Hubspot (or other marketing automation or email distribution software), Salesforce, and InDesign is valuable but not requiredStrong verbal communications skills to keep in close contact/coordination with the teamHighly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and multitasking extraordinaire Ability to manage several projects in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related discipline a plus
