Job Summary:
Manages the POS Terminals, Workstations, and Network Infrastructure of a company.
Preferably a graduate of Electronic and Communications Engineering, Information Technology, and other related studiesWith at least 1 year of related work experience in IT Systems Infrastructure, Computer Hardware Troubleshooting and Network configurationWith basic knowledge in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Modems, Routing and Switching, Firewall, Routers and Switches and other peripheralsExperience managing a CCTVExperience in POS is advantageExperience in Server Administration is a plus but not requiredKnowledgeable in Computer HardwareMust be willing to do field workResponsibilities:
Provide L1 and L2 technical support for the company’s hardware and network infrastructureEscalate and manage incidents/requests assigned to the L3 support team.Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
