Office administrative support servicesArrange official request for transport services.Facilitate requests official requests/applications for travel and accommodation bookings.Take stock and custodianship of office supplies, equipment and inventory.Arrange/coordinate office storage (documents/equipment) requirements of various departments.Arrange/coordinate meetings and meeting room reservations.Enforce rules on use of equipment / resources (e.g. building and parking rules) and request for services.Assist in complying with procedures for procurement of goods and services.Cooperate with other departments for logistical support for company events and similar activities.Coordinate with lessor (building administration) regarding work permits, supplier and visitor access, and other lessor requirements (corporate admin Only).2.Provision for/ coordination with Outsourced ServicesCoordinate Security ServicesCoordinate office/facilities’ maintenance (janitorial) with service providersCoordinate/arrange messengerial, parcel and other correspondence servicesFacilitate requests for miscellaneous services such as meals and snacks for official company functions, equipment and vehicle rentals, among others.3.Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
