We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Lead Recruiter

to join our dynamic HR Dream Team and help us drive top talents to our company through innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Job Summary:

Responsible in end-to-end recruitment of corporate and center-based accounts.Recommends recruitment trends, process improvement and strategy development to the Director for Human Resources, to ensure delivery of strategic recruiting support and further improve the recruitment process, candidate experience, and quality of hires.Pro-actively attracts highly qualified candidates using diverse resources such as job boards, linkedIn, Facebook, other networking activities and sourcing initiatives.Help promote our company’s brand with employer branding initiativesDevelop hiring metrics to further improve the recruitment process.Facilitation of onboarding to new hires and regularized team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course from a reputable University.At least 3 years’ extensive experience as a Recruiter and the ability to attract the right candidate for each role.Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants. Understands the talent market through pro-active researchCandidate must be personable and can interact with all levels of the organization.Exceptional ability to screen candidates based on the company’s standards.Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidatesAbility to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.Strong ability to assess talent, close candidates and handle complex negotiations during the job offer stage.With experience in facilitating onboarding programs for new hires.Experience in people management, an advantage.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Exudes overall professional bearing.Demonstrate good knowledge in a variety of technology concepts, practices and proceduresStrong sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results
