PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as first line of help when internal employees, clients and customers encounter problems or defects with products and programs.Diagnose computer hardware, network systems and computer software programs accurately and quickly.Resolve user problems by answering questions and requestsProvide walkthrough to customer’s problems, educate them to install software packages and respond to questions about network.Handle printing queries, hardware questions and report bugs users find in software programs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededPERSON SPECIFICATION:
