E-Commerce Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is responsible for the overall roadmap of all websites to drive growthOversee the end-to-end workflow related to the site, product launches, promotions, and overall ongoing content and SKU managementCreate and document processes and timelines, establishing best practices to govern site contentWork cross-functionally with Creative, Social and Public Relations, Finance, and Customer Service departmentsConcept and build marketing campaigns to support core product + new product launches, collaborations, and promotionsManage and maintain review campaigns through review platformsCreate and implement conversion-improving and sales-driving strategies to ensure we reach revenue goalsAnalyze data and campaign results : understand acquisition costs, retention, and conversion optimization opportunitiesResponsible for Shopee, Lazada subscriptions platform, payments and analyticsManages site contents including: homepage creative, category and product page content, seasonal pages for marketing campaignsEnsure best-in-class merchandising with consistent brand storytellingManage payment platforms and gateways to ensure the best consumer experience and strongest conversion rates

QUALIFICATIONS

More than 3 - 5 years of online marketing experienceHas a Bachelor's degree in any related field is requiredExcellent communication skills, grammar skills, and proficiency in writingExperience working with platforms: Shopee, Lazada, Google Analytics, Payments and moreMust be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and can oversee multiple projects at onceMust be creative, possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate and present complex ideas and processes in a simplified mannerAbility to manage multiple tasks
