OVERVIEW: Are you a leader who would like to grow in the fastest growing industry?  We’re looking for key leaders driven to help team members provide excellent and timely Digital Marketing services.The Operations Fulfillment Team Lead will be responsible in ensuring steady production and on-time fulfillment for all off-page tasks required by SEOReseller’s client campaigns. The Team Lead will set production targets, forecast workforce requirements to meet goals, monitor daily productivity, ensure output quality, create action plans, and work with contributors from other departments to meet company and client goals. By doing so, the contributor drives Client Delight, Growth, and Revenue. To accomplish this, the Team Lead will work with the Business Excellence Manager of the Digital Properties Group, the Digital Properties Broker, and  Account Managers to ensure fulfillment by managing the performance of a team of Digital Marketing Specialists. This entails daily monitoring, attending meetings and alignments, creating action plans, and taking part in continuous improvement projects to create better processes and engender more impactful skills in their team members.Their success will be measured in fulfillment levels and timeliness, the fulfillment of horizontal goals with other teams and internal customers, team output quality, and the retention of talent.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Offpage FulfillmentDaily, weekly, and monthly monitoring and reporting on fulfillment of submission tasks for guest blogs, press releases, PDFs, and video submissionsForecasting demand and workforce required to meet demandObjectives and Key Results (OKRs)Target 100% fulfillment of all cycle tasks in 30 daysSpeed of Resolution of Account Managers following up on campaign fulfillmentWeekly/Monthly reporting on activities and OKR resultsQuality Control and AuditConduct QA of Local Optimization Reports, Submission Quality, and Process ComplianceConduct coaching and feedback with team members Voice of the Internal/External Customer:Feedback from Internal/External Clients either through AM calls, chats, or emails about Quality of Service. Root Cause Analysis and Steps for Changedocumenting detractors and the corrective steps put in place for confidence recoveryUnderstanding day to day client experiences whether positive and negative and take necessary actionsFind data to assist in attaining group goalsCompetency Building Surface current and projected learning needs for yourself and your teamTools and Resources ManagementIdentify and make a case for necessary tools, resources for optimal performanceReview effectiveness of existing tools and processes and recommend better solutionsIdentify issues around existing capital, resources, tools, and subscriptions required by the team to succeed in their roles and provide resolutionOperational Process ImprovementElevate client experience by breaking through patterns/trends and ask for helpConduct Root Cause Analysis and use problem-solving tools to plan activities, facilitate or guarantee expected resultsConstantly evaluate workflows and find ways for them to improve services and current processes.Request sponsorship for initiatives that promote customer retention and improve client satisfaction.Establish and commit to processes and structures necessary to drive outcomesStakeholder ReportingPerform business reviews with key Internal/ External Clients on a regular basis and report on the quality of service and fulfillment levelsProvide weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly report that provides information on Service Line's wins and challenges related to growth, revenue, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and colleague developmentQUALIFICATIONS:At least two (2) years of Digital Marketing experienceBachelor's/College Degree in Marketing/Business Development, Computer Science, or a combination of education and relevant work experienceStrong communication skills (verbal and written English), ability to communicate confidently across all employment levels and with bloggers all over the worldStrong organizational skills, high attention to details, critical thinking and learning abilities; Strong time management skills; Proven capability in process improvement initiativesExcellent presentation skills with confidence presenting findings, analysis, and informationExperience in Operations/Production roles is a plusProcess Improvement (Yellow Belt certification or Lean Six Sigma certification) is a plusAdequate working knowledge of current internet marketing technologiesExperienced with outreach strategies to grow backlinks portfolio is a plusShifting Schedule
