Job Purpose:
• The position is for a lead that will be responsible for designing the screens or pages on Mobile Apps and Websites visually creating the ideal user experience path based on user requirements. UI/UX designers must be familiar and be able to implement the style guides in the company as well as a consistent design across the application. Defining application behavior such as how to display an error message are part of the responsibilities of the UI/UX designer.
Main Accountabilities:
• Be a Lead in the UI/UX Design Team, handle workloads and outputs, and implement their development plans
• Develop wireframes of screens, storyboards, user interaction flows, and sitemaps for Apps and Websites
• Present design deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Technical Skills
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interaction design, new media design, human-centric design, or any related design field
· Two or more years of UI/UX design experience for Mobile Apps and Web applications
· Strong conceptualization and visual communication ability
· Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
· Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, interaction flows, process flows, site maps
· Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Understanding of common software project management and development practices
· Experience in Agile Scrum Projects
· Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, ObjectiveC (iOS), C++ (Android) a plus
