MicroSourcing is looking for a gifted “Artist” Graphic Designer or Graphic Artist with a strong visual design experience to join our growing creative team. This position will collaborate closely with our marketing, IT, and operations teams, bringing marketing campaigns to life across digital and print as well as internal brand communications.
The ideal candidate has strong character and is humble, creative, strategic, and excited to work alongside a small but mighty team, responsible for the production and editing of visual content that represents 7 Leaves. The Artist candidate can create objects that are beautiful, thought provoking, and inspirational. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will excel in simultaneously running projects, leading concept development, and developing creatives to build an authentic connection with our audiences.
The impact you will make:
● Develop designs for multi-channel brand assets that meet business objectives and support brand marketing strategy
● Create campaign designs, mockups, ad designs, production designs for menus, and labels for our products & drink items, etc.
● Manage post-production selects including retouching/editing of designs and all else involved to bring brand photo creative to life
● Work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal and external team members
● Work independently, keeping project timelines on track and meeting internal and external deadlines
● Articulate strategic thinking and design decisions to all stakeholders
What you bring to 7 Leaves:
● Demonstrate understanding of 7 Leaves’s brand vision/positioning and style aesthetic
● A strong understanding of brand strategy, defined guidelines and brand continuity
● A strong experience creating visual design, illustrations, concepts and brand guidelines
● A demonstrated ability to present ideas and feedback clearly and thoughtfully to teammates and stakeholders verbally, in writing and via email/Slack
● A mastery of the creative process from ideation through implementation
● A thorough understanding of production best practices for print and digital mediums
Qualifications:
● 3+ years of professional experience leading and developing brand creatives for Consumer Packaged Goods and Food & Beverage industry.
● High proficiency in Adobe Design products including: Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and CaptureOne
● Passionate about storytelling
● Must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City, on a day shift schedule
