5 years experience in IT2-4 years in a deskside support roleExperience in provisioning of laptops and basic desktop applications (MS Outlook, MS Office, OneDrive, MS Teams)Knowledge of basic ITIL processes such as incident, change and service request management;ITIL certifications would be a plusSharePoint development / administration experience would be a plusCommunications: ability to communicate with users and manage expectations
