Job Description:
1. Monitor all incoming social activities of Teleperformance social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, linkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube).
2. Proactively answer inquiries/questions about the company and ensure that core messaging is on-brand and on-strategy.
3. Identify interesting posts from employees and share them on global social media channels.
4. Engage with CEOs, experts, analysts, speakers, and TP ambassadors on topics that are of interest, or related to TP services and the industry.
5. Improve followers� experience on all social media channels, review sites, and strive for 100% follower satisfaction.
6. Forward feedback to TP teams to further improve brand perception and service.
7. Help create social media community management activity reports.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media tools and best practices.
9. Perform content research (through social listening, community engagement, monitoring of trends, etc.) and share insights with the team.
10. Perform other social engagement-related tasks as needed.
Required Skills:
- At least 2 years of work experience in community engagement on social media channels of businesses
- Active user of different social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, linkedIn)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Willing to work in Ortigas on a flexible schedule (work at home at present)
