BUSINESS MANAGER

As the Business Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of Pryda/ITW’s business operations by focusing on:

Implementing and advancing Pryda/ITWs processes and practices across the companyEnsuring government compliance on PEZA, DOLE and O&HS regulations Managing the development of people as the structure growsOversee the financial performance of the Manila operationCo-ordinate customer needs in collaboration with the Fabricator leadership team.Monitoring the performance of the detailing operation and outputFormulating and implementing strategy, policies and procedures for improving performance, procuring materials and resourcesManaging and improving resources of the company such as but not limited to personnel and equipment to ensure productivity, cost effectiveness and profitability

To be successful in this position you will have:

University Graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management or any related coursesMinimum of 5 years in Management Position particularly in Operations / AdministrationDemonstrated effective People Management, Leadership and Organizational SkillsEfficient in Budgeting and resource allocationExcellent in both written and oral communicationAbility to build strong rapport at various levels, both internally and externally Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationExcellent in Conflict ManagementExcellent Business Negotiation SkillsStrong commercial and analytical skills combined with the ability to make sensible and timely decisions that is beneficial to all stakeholders Self-motivated, energetic & can work both autonomously & as part of the teamAbility to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment, demonstrating a strong consultative approach and mannerAbove average computer skills including the Microsoft Office 365 suite of productsExperienced in both PEZA and DOLE ComplianceQuality Systems experience
