Public Relations Manager

Our Public Relations Manager is responsible in nurturing a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs.

Public Relations Manager leads our public relations professionals dream team and take on full responsibility for the strategy, collaboration, execution, and measurement of PR & Media Relations Campaigns, with the goal of building and enhancing a favorable image of our company with employees, potential candidates, clients, potential customers, influencers, and the public.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Strategic Planning

Develop marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tacticsDevelop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast & onlineCoordinate all public relations activitiesDirect social media team to engage audiences across tradition and new mediaLeverage existing media relationships & cultivate new contacts within business & industry mediaManage media inquiries & interview requestsCreate content for press releases, byline articles & keynote presentationsMonitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basisevaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships & advertising on an ongoing basisBuild relationships with though leaders to grow industry awarenessMaintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients & make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding themPlan, implement, & manage public relations programsPlan & budget PR events, programs, & initiativesHelp in designing and reviewing a variety of promotional & marketing materialsDesigning & review the online content in media announcements & media kitsMonitor corporate image frequently & ensure it is in compliance with company brand.Check & manage content produced for website & social media channelsDevelop & implement PR policies & proceduresDetermine KPIs for PR departmentMeasure & provide reports on each PR campaignBuild long term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians, etc.Recruit, hire, onboard, & train new members of the public relations teamProduce content for various speeches, events, hearingsDevelop & implement crisis communication advice & media strategy as needed

YOUR TALENT

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any related fieldAt least 3 years of related experience in managerial capacityMust have experience in acting as company spokesperson; comfortable & skilled in both broadcast & print media interviews.Has exceptional writing & copyediting skillsHas strong business acumenHas project managementEfficient time management & organizational skillsEffective communication & interpersonal Skills
