It engages in application development and support, testing, other technology functions, international operations, knowledge support, and middle and back-end banking process solutions for a wide spectrum of Wells Fargo’s needs. It currently has offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Manila.
In this role, you will:
Coordinate with the HR Business Partners and LOB Managers and Supervisors in gathering data and relevant information in the resolution of cases. Provide advise and assist in the development of strategies to deal with performance and behavioral mattersManage the disciplinary process from commencement to resolution. Assists in coordinating with internal/external legal counsel and other government regulatory authorities in gathering data relevant to the resolution of casesManage the ER Metrics. Provide counsel of matters of reorganization and restructuringKeep abreast of ER trends and developments within the industry, relevant laws and latest jurisprudence and communicates these changes to the ER Manager and HR Team. Recommends innovative HR/ER policies, practices, guidelines based on the assessment of current issues and concerns affecting the lines of business. Cascades new policies, practices, and guidelines to the LOBs and monitors adherence to such policiesCoordinate with training vendors and providers regarding the design and conduct of ER learning programs. Conducts learning sessions for supervisors, managers, and the HR team members on relevant laws and trends in the ER field as necessaryRequired Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant work experience related to Employee Relations - handling case management, labor law, training and reportingBackground in labor relations and regulations with DOLEPolicy ReviewsStakeholder management and partnership with the business and provide consultations related to issues with performance, attrition and any employee concernsCandidate must be amenable to work in mid-shift schedule (Monday - Friday)Candidate must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig
