We are looking for an IT Service Engineer
What you’re expected to do.
Helpdesk support.Interacting with clients to solve their issues.Installing new hardware and software.Checking and reporting existing problems.Assist preventive maintenance of assets covered by TMG IT Department.Repair of hardware including laptops, desktops, POS machines, and POS printers.Cabling, tagging, and re-harnessing.Who can have a seat at the table?
At least a year technical experience in the following: POS, Printers, Ticketing Tools, Laptops, Desktops, CCTV, Sound System, NetworkHas experience with Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft and Apple applications, POS software, remote access toolsGraduate of Information Technology or any IT related courseApplications Development SkillsDatabase Management Skills
