Manage the company’s business activities and develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.In charge of all areas of recruitment/ training/market research.Oversee the Recruitment, Deployment, Compliance, HR and Admin, Sales and Marketing, and Digital Marketing departments.Work closely with the Finance department to monitor financial activities, manage operational costs, participate in budget planning, and forecasting deployment targets.Responsible for identifying business opportunities, allocating budget resources, formulating policies, and developing and implementing growth strategies.Establish targets with Management and ensure the team meets them.Manage the team through monitoring and motivating staff, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, and hiring and training employees according to the company’s standards.evaluating employee performance and productivity.Establish systems and quality control standards for the company.Look after relationships with both clients and candidates and ensure that top-notch customer service is provided by the team.In charge of the company’s database and recruitment systems.Oversee all recruitment trips and marketing campaigns.Job Qualifications:
With 8 years of experience in a Senior Management role in Manpower Agency either local or overseas operationsKnowledgeable of POEA and DOLE lawsWith experience in the operation of recruitment, compliance, and deploymentWith strong people management experienceWilling to work in Makati City
