Job Summary
The PR Officer and Copywriter shall primarily be on top of all copywriting requirements – for internal, external, marketing and digital communications requirements.
As PR Officer and Copywriter, he or she will ensure that the key message points are written to reflect each brand’s tone and identity, and to ensure the accuracy of information written. He or she will also assist in the coordination and implementation of the Company’s brand relations, stakeholder relations and public relations initiatives to ensure the success and effectivity of each activity. S/he should always be up-to-date with the company’s new and current products and services so that s/he can update the company website as well as respond efficiently to information queries from the media and general public.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Develop copy for the internal, external, marketing, digital communications requirements of the various business units, to be reviewed by the PR and Communications Manager and/or the CMG Group HeadRegularly maintain and update the Joy~Nostalg website to ensure that information is up to dateTranscribe important company speeches, like those given by the Group Executive Officer.Prepare scripts for video requirements and company eventsPrepare press kits for media dissemination Perform administrative duties, as requiredJob Specifications and Qualifications
A. Education
Graduate of AB Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising or any related course from a reputable learning institution
B. Working Experience
· At least two (2) years work experience in Public Relations, Advertising and/or Media Management
· Had strong storytelling and content creation skills.
· Has strong copywriting background; PR or digital experience is an advantage.
· Has strong administrative background
C. Skills and Abilities
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Experience in both traditional and interactive PR channels
· Good organizational and administrative skills
· Should possess an understanding or appreciation of the real estate and hospitality industries
